In addition to medical coordination, MedAccess China offers practical support services to help international patients and accompanying family members manage their travel, accommodation, communication, and daily arrangements in China.
These services can be selected separately or added to an outpatient, inpatient, or surgical coordination package. Our team helps reduce logistical difficulties, improve communication, and create a more comfortable and well-organized medical journey.
Service Options and Fees
- Airport or Railway Station Pickup
RMB 300 per transfer
Private pickup coordination between the airport or railway station and the patient’s hospital, hotel, or arranged accommodation.
- Hotel Booking Assistance Near the Hospital
RMB 100 per booking
Assistance with identifying and reserving suitable accommodation based on hospital location, length of stay, budget, accessibility, and the needs of accompanying family members.
- Multilingual Interpretation
RMB 200 per hour
Interpretation support for hospital communication, medical appointments, transportation, accommodation, and other essential arrangements. Language availability should be confirmed in advance.
- Insurance Claim Document Organization
RMB 300 per document set
Assistance with organizing medical invoices, payment receipts, discharge summaries, examination reports, and other documents commonly required for insurance reimbursement applications.
- 24-Hour Urgent Coordination Support
RMB 1,500 per case
Urgent coordination for unexpected medical or logistical situations, including communication with hospitals, guidance on appropriate medical facilities, transportation arrangements, and bilingual support.
This service provides coordination assistance and does not replace local emergency medical services. In a life-threatening emergency, patients should contact the local emergency number immediately.
- Travel Itinerary Assistance
Customized quotation
Personalized itinerary coordination based on the patient’s treatment schedule, including transportation, accommodation, recovery periods, accompanying-family arrangements, and suitable local activities where medically appropriate.

The listed fees cover coordination and support services only. Transportation fares, hotel charges, insurance fees, medical expenses, interpreter travel costs, and other third-party charges are billed separately.
