To refill your prescription, please contact your doctor or the hospital where the medication was originally prescribed. Depending on the medication, the doctor may need to review your condition, recent test results, or arrange a follow-up consultation before issuing a new prescription.

MedAccess China can assist international patients with appointment coordination, medical record preparation, translation, and communication with the hospital. Please send us a photo of your current prescription, the medication name and dosage, and let us know how much medication you have remaining.

Integrative medicine combines standard cancer treatments—such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy—with complementary approaches that have been evaluated for safety and potential benefit. Depending on the patient’s condition, these approaches may include nutrition support, acupuncture, physical rehabilitation, stress management, sleep support, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The purpose is not to replace evidence-based cancer treatment, but to help manage symptoms, reduce certain treatment-related side effects, support recovery, and improve the patient’s overall quality of life. Every integrative care plan should be reviewed by the treating oncology team to avoid interfering with standard treatment.

Every patient has a different diagnosis, medical history, treatment goal, and personal situation. That is why effective healthcare should never be based on a one-size-fits-all approach.

We focus on understanding each patient’s needs, organizing their medical information, matching them with appropriate hospitals and specialists, and coordinating each stage of the healthcare journey. Through clear communication, bilingual assistance, and personalized support, we aim to make the treatment process more organized, understandable, and patient-centered.

Vitamins and dietary supplements may be helpful for patients with a confirmed nutritional deficiency or a specific medical need. However, supplements should not be treated as a replacement for prescribed medication, a balanced diet, or standard medical treatment.

Some vitamins, herbal products, antioxidants, and other supplements may interact with cancer drugs or affect how medications are absorbed and processed by the body. Patients should provide their doctor with a complete list of all vitamins, herbs, teas, and supplements they are taking before beginning treatment or adding a new product.

Please contact the doctor or hospital that issued your original prescription before your medication runs out. Depending on the medication and your current condition, the doctor may authorize a refill or request a follow-up consultation, updated test results, or a new prescription.

To help coordinate the process, please provide:

    * A clear photograph or copy of the current prescription * The medication name, dosage, and frequency * The amount of medication you have remaining * Any recent test results or changes in your condition

MedAccess China can assist with appointment coordination, medical-record preparation, translation, and communication with the hospital. We do not prescribe or dispense medication, and patients should not change the dosage or stop prescribed medication without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
