MedAccess China provides structured, full-process coordination for international patients who require surgical treatment in China. From preliminary case review and specialist matching to hospital admission, surgery scheduling, inpatient support, and postoperative follow-up, our team helps ensure that each stage is clearly communicated and properly organized.
Before surgery, we assist with collecting and organizing medical records, coordinating specialist consultations, arranging preoperative examinations, confirming admission requirements, and communicating the proposed treatment schedule. During hospitalization, a bilingual coordinator supports communication between the patient, family members, doctors, nurses, and hospital departments.
Following surgery, we help organize discharge documents, medication instructions issued by the treating physician, rehabilitation recommendations, follow-up appointments, and communication with the hospital after the patient returns home.
Service Fee
From RMB 18,000 per case
The final service fee depends on the complexity of the case, treatment duration, hospital location, language requirements, and level of inpatient support required.

Important Information
The service fee covers medical coordination, bilingual communication, and patient-support services only. Hospital admission, surgery, anesthesia, medical examinations, medication, rehabilitation, accommodation, transportation, and other third-party expenses are charged separately.
